Summary: I booked a pool villa room for 3 days, but the front desk told me the room is maintaining and need “upgrade” to a junior suite, but the junior suite is very old and dirty, the room condition is terrible, second day I check with another front desk, the fact is my pool villa is using by another customer, I need to wait for him/her to check out. It is ridiculous. At last, their main pool is under maintenance until mid of Sep, I have nothing to say to this resort.
